THE BASIS OF OUR CONTENT PRODUCTION

The digital twin - the engine of efficient product visualisation

The digital twin is an exact copy of your real product in the virtual world. Once a product is digitised, its digital twin acts as our working base. This is how we create deceptively real visual content for you, e.g. static images or animated videos.

THE DIGITISED PRODUCT

The advantages of the digital twin

As a detailed 3D model of your real product, the digital copy is 100% like your original. You won't be able to tell that everything was built digitally.

Production of any format

Easily integrated into any product marketing context and permanently adaptable.
Modeling

The shape of your product is replicated

The production of each digital twin begins with modeling. At the start of the project, customers provide us with information such as CAD (computer-aided design) files, samples and product dimensions or photo references. Based on this, our team creates your product as a geometric digital model. We can take various 3D data from production as a basis or start completely from scratch.

Shading

The surface of your product is digitised

After the shape of the product has been defined, the surface of the 3D model is given its shape. Colour and material must be assigned correctly to enable a photorealistic product representation. This is done through detailed scans of product samples or materials in our digital lab.

Setting

Your product is perfectly staged

Your product is now placed in a 3D scene. Depending on your wishes, this can be an outdoor scene, a room with furniture or an empty room, for example, if the product is to be presented as a cutout. The setting can therefore be of varying complexity.

Lighting

The right light makes your product look real

Light sources are now defined in the 3D scene that will make your product look photorealistic. These light sources in combination with previously defined properties of the elements will ultimately define the finished image. Reflections and shadows play an important role in the creation of photorealistic visualizations and create deceptively real product representations.

RenderINg

Your product is virtually photographed

In the final step, all elements come together and the software calculates the final 3D rendering. Geometric structures, surfaces and light are calculated together and the desired scene is output as a final format (e.g. a product image).

Our service

The natural scalability of digital twins

Due to the common basis, visualisations can be implemented in a very efficient way. For variations of a product, one change to the digital twin is enough and all changes can be transferred to corresponding formats with just a few clicks.

HUB
