Team leadership:

• Leading and motivating a team of project managers and 3D creation specialists (10+).
• Fostering a cooperative and efficient work environment.
• Develop team goals and ensure their implementation.

Process management:

• Ensuring smooth project execution and coordination between various
  divisions.
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Working methods with CRM systems to improve customer relationships and
  project management.

Prioritize and channel topics:

• Identification and prioritization of tasks and projects in accordance with business goals and customer needs.
• Effective resource allocation and time planning to achieve project goals.

Hands-on mentality:

• Active participation in the implementation of projects and the solution of complex tasks.
• Willingness to also take operational action as needed and to support the team.

Staff development:

• Conducting regular employee interviews and individual coaching.
• Encouraging the professional and personal development of each team member.
• Creating development opportunities and career opportunities within the team.

Customer communication:

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Responsibility for communicating with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Experience in dealing with customer inquiries, complaints and contract negotiations.

Cost control:

• Monitoring and control of project costs and identification of savings potential.
• Preparation and review of budget planning and cost forecasts.

Structured way of working:

• Organization and planning of work processes and projects.
• Ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Emotional intelligence:

• Sensibility to the individual needs and motivations of team members.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and to deal constructively with conflicts.

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, architecture, digital media or a related area
• You have gained at least 5 years of work experience in an agency or group
• A structured, analytical and independent way of working as well as a hands-on mentality characterize you
• You have a high level of personal responsibility, creativity and innovative thinking
• You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• You have good language skills in German and English
